dc.description.abstract | © 2019 International Business Information Management Association (IBIMA). The article is devoted to the actual problems of digitalization and digital transformation of human resource management in Russia. It shows the difference between these concepts in relation to the field of human resource management. The article studies the state of digitalization in the field of personnel management in Russia, identifies the main tools of digitalization and develops recommendations, the implementation of which should contribute to the transformation of the human resources management model in accordance with the modern concept of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and principles of production systems management based on digital technologies.The article presents an author-developed correlations matrix of PLM phases and the levels of digital training of personnel. | |
