dc.description.abstract	© 2019 IEEE. The results of monitoring for the wind regime at heights of mesosphere-lower thermosphere by meteor radar of Kazan Federal University (56N, 49E) are presented. Typical height and seasonal regularities are established for zonal and meridional winds as well as tidal amplitudes.
