dc.description.abstract © 2019 IEEE. The article describes the currently relevant problem of developing effective methods for non-destructive testing of the technical condition and forecasting the residual trucks' clutch life under operating conditions. This gives prospects for the obtained information use for monitoring the transmission units' state in the integrated information-measuring system. The improving possibility the trucks' reliability by creating an intelligent system and a method for diagnosing clutch by monitoring changes in the level of vibration during operation has been substantiated. In order to create a clutch's operation mathematical model, an imbalance in the clutch unit was calculated. For the practical implementation acceleration sensor with built-in amplifier has been selected. The acceleration sensor is designed to assess the violation of leading clutch discs' centering.
