dc.description.abstract | © 2019, © 2019 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. We measured the self-diffusion coefficients of mixed micelles formed in binary mixtures of oxyethylated isononylphenols (neonols) AF9-2,3,4,6,8,9,10,12 by NMR diffusometry in aqueous 1 wt% solutions. The effective hydrodynamic radii of the micelles were calculated using the Stokes-Einstein relation. Cloud points of these solutions were determined visually and the relation between the cloud point and the composition of the mixture was suggested. Extraction of phenol from the solutions at their cloud points was also studied. | |
