Analysis of innovation cluster formation in industrially developed countries

In this study, we present the analysis of the European and the American experience of cluster development to be adopted in the process of Russian cluster policy development. We summarize the current trends of cluster development, and highlight the key factors providing the favorable conditions for cluster formation and its further growth. The goal of this study is to single out the adaptive methods of cluster formation, which can be adopted to the Russian economic background and the cluster development policy. This study was carried out by using the expert assessment and statistical analysis methods.
