Problems of implementing the control systems and software of the “human resurces management” subsystem for efficient organizational activity of a personnel officer (By the example of a furniture salon)

The paper considers the problem of Using control systems software into the professional activities of personnel in furniture salons. To solve this problem, the main part of the business processes of the enterprise information systems has been analyzed based on previous monitoring using extensive variety of control systems. Based on the survey, an IT solution was implemented that made it possible to more efficiently use the saloon area, equipment, and personnel working time. A detailed overview of the application of information technologies and control system in the formation of management decisions is given, concepts of using information systems and information technologies in management are given, a subsystem for designing has been selected, interconnections with other subsystems for the chosen subsystem have been established. The practical value of the work lies in the fact that the presented project can be used to solve the task of creation of an automated workplace "Personnel officer". In particular, the automated position of the personnel officer solved the problem of labor input during the execution of primary documents “manually”, and also standardized the workflow, simplified the receipt of reporting information and allowed to effectively control the actions of staff.
