dc.description.abstract © IAEME Publication. The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the current state and directions of development of the agro-industrial complex and the factors influencing the desire of graduates of agricultural universities to work in agriculture. The aim of this study was to determine the characteristics of agricultural labour have a negative impact on seeking employment in the agricultural sector for young people. The article uses the methods of problem analysis, system and complex approach, partially presents the results of sociological research, the satisfaction of students at the agrarian university and the priorities of the choice of future employment in the agro-industrial complex.
