At present, the development of a person's intercultural component has become the subject of scientific and pedagogical research of many scientists, which is due not only to the cardinal changes taking place in our country, but also to the increased importance of the subjective factor in the development of society. The problem of forming the person's intercultural component of teachers' training becomes especially topical, since the teacher is the key figure in the education of young citizens of the Russian state, in their preparation for active independent life in the new conditions. And this, in turn, makes it especially important to identify and maximize the effective use of the potential of the professional training process of future teachers in the University for solving this problem. The authors singled out and described the main functions of person's intercultural and moral-psychological training of future teachers, which is one of the components of readiness for professional activity. The ways of development of person's intercultural component, in the process of realizing the personal aspect of the vocational training system for students of a pedagogical university are shown in this article. |
