Regional ecological-economic risk as a criterion of quality of infrastructure of river watercatchment areas

Introduction of the economic mechanism of environmental management at the meso-level, with the assessment of regional ecological-economic risks as the most important element of which, is one of the most important conditions of the successful implementation of the state natural resource policy.
