Development of vocational education in the context of the strategy of innovative development of Tatarstan

© 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.Analysis of implementation of innovative technologies in industrial production and the service sector shows that the development in this direction is characterized by the integration of several fields of knowledge. In the context of forming a new type of regional economy based on knowledge, before the institutions of higher and secondary professional education, there is a need to address a number of organizational and managerial tasks, the most important of which are the development of partnerships with innovative sectors of the Tatarstan economy and interaction with the employers. Development and implementation of innovative educational programs will contribute to the formation of an expanded system of professional competence and effectiveness of human capital.
