Distance, cost, expertise, and availability of treatment are the factors that lead us to make a choice of destination and medical provider. This article discusses and analyzes the condition and development of perspectives of medical tourism in the Republic of Tatarstan. This article contains the definition of key factors in the successful development of medical tourism in Tatarstan and develops an agenda for the future.
