Innovative regional system of professional education as a factor of human capital development in the region

All rights reserved.The article analyzes the topical problem of professional competencies formation in the framework of innovative educational system of vocational training under uncertainty of demand in specialists in the field of high technologies in the medium and long time horizons. The solution to a “blurred” trend of demand in specialists of different spheres of innovative economy could be realized through forecasting the demand for highly qualified personnel, based on the analysis of innovative development strategy for regional economy. The authors prove that differences in the content of professional competencies of future professionals will depend not only on the areas of their application, but also on the objectively existing uncertainty of correlations between components of educational programs, forming both specific and “soft” professional skills, which will contribute to the formation of human capital.
