dc.description.abstract | © 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.A convenient method for the synthesis of pyridoxine alkenyl derivatives by the Wittig reaction of [(2,8-dimethyl-4H-[1,3]dioxino[4,5-c]pyridin-5-yl)methyl]triphenylphosphonium chloride with aldehydes was suggested. Some of the compounds obtained exhibit antitumor activity in vitro. | |
