dc.description.abstract | Here we present case report of restoration of tear in the anterior cruciate ligament of a dog (Labrador) using gene therapy. We injected plasmid DNA pBud-clVEGF-clBMP2 simultaneously expressing combination of two therapeutic canine proteins - VEGF (isoform 164) and BMP2. Effect of treatment was assessed using clinical observation and X-ray. | |
