dc.description.abstract	This paper studies the macroeconomic dynamics of modern Russia, the qualitative aspects of growth, as well as the positive factors of macroeconomic dynamics. The conclusion is the exhaustion of opportunities of the inertia model of growth and the need to shift to a new paradigm of economic development based on a new and radical modernization of the country's industrialization.
