© OSA 2015. Energy transfer parameters of Tm(5at.%),Ho(0.4at.%):KYW single crystal were investigated. A diode-pumped CW Tm,Ho:KYW microchip laser was realized. Maximum output power of 77 mW at 2070 nm was achieved in the fundamental TEM00 mode. |
