dc.description.abstract	The article deals with the new objectives of the Russian higher educational system on future engineers' capacity for self-realization formation and development. This process can be realized only under certain conditions: using terms and concepts in the learning process to help the students in developing their reflective and evaluative skills and abilities and forming their value attitude to the creative self-realization. © 2013 IEEE.
