dc.description.abstract We compare two methods of solution of the second basic problem of elasticity for cones and conoids. The first is FEM (Galerkinmethod) and the second is the spline-interpolation solution which is a 3D generalization of the Kolosov-Muskhelishvili method of solution of 2D problems. © 2010 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
