dc.description.abstract	The article presents a clinical case of successful surgical treatment of a patient with idiopathic progressive hemifacial atrophy. We have used lipofilling with autologous fat tissue enriched by stromal-vascular fraction cells. Observation of the patient within two years suggests that this method of treatment is safe and highly effective method of face soft tissue defect substitution of such pathology.
