The personality of a leader, his/her experience, business and characteristic features play a leading role in the management of organization. However, it should be noted that the level of professionalism of managers is determined not only by their theoretical and practical skills, but also by their ability to communicate with other subordinates, that is, personal qualities and abilities to manage people. This is due to the fact that more than two thirds of working time, every manager is communicating with other people.
