dc.description.abstract © 2015, Asian Social Science. All rights reserved. This article contains methodological aspects of expenses optimization for compensation of employees. An analytical evaluation of the funds allocated to the remuneration of personnel based on the application of game theory models is suggested. Calculations are recommended to regulate the expenses for remuneration in accordance with the objectives of the company.
