dc.description.abstract © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. The results of the Mossbauer studies of graphite cast iron implanted with nitrogen ions are represented. We study the influence of the shape of graphite inclusions and modes of nitrogen ion implantation on the formation of in the surface layers of new phases and changes in the properties of cast iron.
