dc.description.abstract	© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. Conducted extensive research of thermal work of the existing bottom electrode (BE) of copper in operation. Calculation of optimum parameters (water cooling, temperature of the walls and parameters) BE of copper under specific conditions. Compiled formulas and graphs to determine the optimal geometry of BE under different operating conditions.
