dc.description.abstract | In the frame of Mori-Zwanzig formalism the empirical Navriliak-Negami expression for the complex dielectric permittivity has been derived. The derivation is based on construction of kinetic equations for relaxation and memory functions accordingly. They contain integro-differential operators of non-integer order. | |
