dc.description.abstract	One of the main objectives of the development of a region is a constant quality-of-life improvement of its population. There is a deep connection between the indices of QOL of a population and economic growth rates. On the one hand, economic growth is a necessary condition for the quality-of-life improvement of a population. On the other hand, higher indices of QOL of a population, including a lifespan, quality of education, income, and social care, accelerate the economic growth.
