dc.description.abstract	This paper deals with the identification and justification of the drivers of growth and regional development in Russia. Based on the regression analysis in this paper we consider the influence of the level of domestic demand and income inequality in the regions of Russia on the pace of their economic growth and their foreign investment attractiveness. The relationship of these indicators and their transformation in recent years are identified and analyzed.
