dc.description.abstract The article examines one of the aspects of the educational process efficiency. This process consists in the continuity of the direct and inverse interaction of the participants involved in the educational process. The interaction depends on the psycho type of both the teacher and the student. One of the indicators of the teacher's professional competence is his ability to understand the inner world of his students. Using the results of students' temperament diagnosing allows exercising psycho diagnosis with a minimum of training time and sufficiently high informative content. Educational process participants' psycho type correlation stimulates cognitive activities of students, their independence, initiative and creativity. © IDOSI Publications, 2012.
