dc.description.abstract | A composition demonstrating anti-rabies activity was developed on the basis of isoform Sm1 of Serratia marcescens endonuclease. Besides the enzyme the composition contained Haemodes-N, magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride. Injection of this composition at a mouse's infection cite, two hours after the mouse has been infected with rabies, showed an increase of the infected animals' survival by more than 30% in comparison with the animals of control group. | |
