Innovative development of the oil and gas sector of the old oil-producing areas using the accumulated experience (by the example of the Republic of Tatarstan)

Abstract

The problem of the updating the existing the RT Energy Development Programme for the period till 2020 with the increase of its validity up to 2030 is set by leadership of the Republic of Tatarstan due to the changing conditions of the oil and gas sector development. Planned and actually achieved volumes of deep prospect drilling and the petroleum reserves addition are given. The comparison of the actual volumes of crude production and development drilling with the RT Energetic Strategy-2020 is executed. The main problems of the development of oil and gas sector of the RT are considered. Lines of petroleum reserves addition by the independent oil companies of the RT are analyzed. The investigations of the hydrocarbon potential of the RT are carried out.
