dc.description.abstract | It is proposed to use aminotris(hydroxymethyl)methane (TRIS) in electrolytes for copper and zinc electroplating. The compositions of the electrolytes were elaborated, and their electroplating characteristics were determined. It was shown that the effect of TRIS on the electrode process is due to its adsorption by zinc electrodes. | |
