dc.description.abstract |
The effect exerted by a nonionic surfactant (Triton X-100) on the complexation of copper(II) with nitrilotriacetic acid in aqueous solution was studied by pH titration and computer simulation of complex equilibria. The surfactant induces the formation of more complex species. The stability of complexes is higher in the presence of the surfactant. |
