dc.description.abstract | The formation of tetrahedral cobalt(II) thiocyanate complexes in aqueous solutions of nonionogenic surfactants was studied using electronic spectroscopy. The equilibrium constants were calculated in the framework of different schemes of complexation reactions. The influence of such factors as the oxyethylene chain length and the size of the alkyl substituent of the surfactant on the stability of the complexes was examined. | |
