dc.description.abstract |
It was proposed to diagnose the PhI potato disease, to assess the severity of the disease in plants, and to timely determine the presence of the PhI antigen in the test samples using an immunoenzyme sensor. An increase in the catalytic activity of immobilized cholinesterase in the presence of immune complexes under certain conditions can lower the limits of detection of biologically active compounds. The proposed version of enzyme immunoassay is superior to other techniques in the rapidity of determination. © 1999 MAEe cyrillic signK "Hayκa/Interperiodica". |
