dc.description.abstract With usage of perennial monitoring results testing of climate informaUon of the complex geophysical indexes with attention of their efficiency and expediency of their usage for estimation of perennial dynamic and extrapolation of mean annual temperatures of near surface air layer was made (MAAT), received by calculating mean values for the Earth as a whole and for the hemisphere. Data on interactive characteristics of the components of testing complex and their climate forming importance are presented. Factor groups are revealed, which rather completely explained circumstances of global warming for the period of 1908-1944 and cooling for the period of 1944-1964 and beginning of the following after them modern wave of warming.
