dc.description.abstract |
An experimental investigation of the proximity effect in Fe/V/Fe trilayers prepared by radiofrequency (RF)-sputtering was presented. Small angle X-ray reflectivity measurements of the sample series gave an average interface roughness of 10 A. A re-entrant behavior of the superconducting (SC) transition temperature was observed in the trilayers at V-thickness close to the critical thickness for superconductivity. |
