dc.description.abstract |
The conditions for modification of Bacillus intermedius RNase with dialdehyde dextran to obtain the enzyme with the highest activity were optimized by Box and Wilson's method. A generalized parameter including the yield of the enzyme protein and its stability during modification was used. The activity yield and characteristics of the preparation depended on the number of bonds between the enzyme and the carrier. |
