dc.description.abstract The method of dielectric measurements may be used to characterize the sign and shape of the protein molecules and also to disclose the features of interaction of the antigens and antibodies. As a result of the interaction of enzyme with the corresponding antibodies they are dehydrated, which is connected with rupture of the "biomacromolecule-water" bond and the appearance of the "biomacromolecule-biomacromolecule" bond (AG + AB). On the basis of the findings obtained the presence of complementary groups, zones and molecules of antigen and antibody may be postulated. © 1971.
