МОДЕЛЬ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ГОТОВНОСТИ БУДУЩИХ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ ФИЗИЧЕСКОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ К УПРАВЛЕНИЮ ФИЗКУЛЬТУРНО-СПОРТИВНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬЮ

Abstract

Педагогический анализ проблемы позволил построить модель формирования готовности будущих педагогов к управлению физкультурно-спортивной деятельностью, реализующей последовательное формирование управленческой готовности студентов в сфере физической культуре и спорта на основе преемственности целевого компонента, содержательного, технологического и результативного. Целью модели является формирование готовности будущих учителей физической культуры к управлению физкультурно-спортивной деятельностью. В ходе реализации модели формирования готовности будущих педагогов к управлению физкультурно-спортивной деятельностью работа осуществлялась на основе следующих частных принципов: принцип системности и последовательности; принцип самостоятельности и активности студентов; принцип профессиональной направленности; принцип субъектности и рефлексивности. На основе вышеперечисленных принципов определяется содержание обучения. Содержание обучения определяет педагогические методы и средства, с помощью которых осуществляется формирование готовности студентов к управлению физкультурно-спортивной деятельностью. В качестве таких методов мы рассматривали информационно-алгоритмические методы (монолог), проблемно-информационные методы (упражнения, беседа), проблемно-эвристические методы (кейс-метод). К основным формам формирования у студентов педагогических вузов управленческой готовности в области физической культуры и спорта мы отнесли лекции, семинары, самостоятельную работу студентов, педагогическую практику, волонтерскую деятельность, участие в проектной деятельности в качестве организаторов и в физкультурно-спортивных мероприятиях в качестве судей или ассистентов. Рассматривая технологии формирования готовности будущих педагогов к управлению физкультурно-спортивной деятельностью нами были выделены такие, как: - технологии учебной деятельности (традиционные лекции и нетрадиционные (лекция-беседа, проблемная лекция), семинарские и практические занятия; - технологии квазипрофессиональной деятельности: case-stady, проектная деятельность в рамках интеллектуального лагеря для одаренных детей "ИнтеЛЛето" и иных проектов; - технологии учебно-профессиональной деятельности: технология организации волонтерской работы, технология организации спортивно-массовой работы, педпрактика, НИРС. Эффективность предложенной модели была подтверждена экспериментально в Елабужском институте Казанского (Приволжского) федерального университета

Teaching analysis of the problem has allowed building a model of formation of readiness of the future teachers for the management of sports activity, implementing the successive formation of readiness of students for management in the sphere of physical culture and sports on the basis of a target component of continuity, meaningful, and effective technology. The purpose of the model is the formation of readiness of future teachers of physical culture for sports activity management. In the formation of the students' readiness for management of sports activity involves two subjects of education - a teacher of the higher educational institution and a student. The work activities were carried out on the basis of the following special principles during the implementation of the model of formation of readiness of the future teachers for the management of physical culture: the principle of systematic and consistent; the principle of independence and activity of students; the principle of professional orientation; the principle of subjectivity and reflexivity. The content of teaching is determined on the basis of the above mentioned principles. The content of learning determines the teaching methods and means with the help of which the formation of readiness of students for management of physical training and sports activities are realized. We have considered such methods as: information and algorithmic methods (monologue), problem-information methods (exercises, conversation), problem-heuristics (case-method). The main forms of the formation of management readiness in the field of physical culture and sports we included lectures, seminars, independent students' work, teaching practice, writing term papers and final qualifying works, volunteer activities, participation in the project activities as organizers and in sports events as judges or assistants. Considering the forming technology of readiness of future teachers for the management of physical training and sports activities we have distinguished the following: - Training activity technologies (traditional lectures and non-traditional (lecture-discussion, problem lectures), seminars and practical classes; - Kvaziprofessional activity technologies: case-study, the project activity within the intellectual camp for gifted children "InteLLeto" and other projects; - Training and professional activity technologies: organizing technology of volunteers' work, organizing technology of mass-sport activities, teaching practice, students' scientific investigation work.The effectiveness of the proposed model has been confirmed experimentally in Yelabuga Institute of Kazan (Volga) Federal University
