This article presents and summarizes the different views and approaches of scholars and journalists of Muslim and European origin to the dissolving a set of complex issues of Ethnical and Confessional Relations in Western Europe. The main problems are identity, governmental dialogue with Diasporas, adaptation of Muslims in the European Community. The authors suggest the systematic approach to the solutions of these difficult problems.
