О СИСТЕМЕ СПОСОБОВ РАЗРЕШЕНИЯ ЮРИДИЧЕСКИХ КОНФЛИКТОВ

Abstract

В настоящей статье раскрываются способы разрешения юридических конфликтов. Автором наряду с возможностью обращения в суд с соответствующим иском описываются иные способы разрешения конфликтов, применяемые в арбитражном и гражданском процессе. Также в качестве способов разрешения конфликтов предлагается рассматривать возможность передачи рассмотрения спора в третейский суд и обращения к уполномоченному по защите прав предпринимателей. Приводятся примеры иных способов альтернативного урегулирования конфликтов.

This article discloses how to resolve legal conflicts. The author, along with the possibility of applying to the court with a corresponding lawsuit, describes other methods of resolving conflicts used in arbitration and civil proceedings. It is also proposed to consider the possibility of transferring the consideration of the dispute to the arbitral tribunal and contacting the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs as ways of resolving conflicts. Examples of other alternative conflict resolution methods are provided.
