dc.description.abstract © 2020 IEEE. The article describes the procedure for creating a digital twin, which is a virtual copy of the physical system of the assembly line of an automobile enterprise, including assembly positions, workers and material flow. To build a digital twin of the main assembly line, the programming language SimTalk 2.0 was used, which was integrated into the Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software. The project is a technological concept focused on continuous optimization of production processes, efficient use of resources through the formation of advanced production strategies, planning and logistics. A case study of optimizing an assembly line by selecting production, labor and logistics parameters is given.
