In the framework of the geometrically nonlinear approach, to describe the deformation which is based on to the relationship between the increment of "true" stresses and strains, a static statement for elastoplastic three-dimensional structures which have complex geometry is given. Based on the finite element approach to sampling geometry, is has been implemented the method of solving problems of creation and exploitation for electrical frictional connectors. According to the proposed method, it was implemented an algorithm for non-isothermal contact interaction of elastoplastic deformable bodies taking into account to the friction in the contact zone, thus it has been constructed with considering to interacting bodies of the contact layer with specific mechanical properties. We investigated the effect of the twist angle value at the fixed part of the connector during its preparation and also under temperature conditions during exploitation at its maximum value of the breaking out force after entering the connector rod and when they separated, and also after that the dependence of breaking out force and the rod displacement value when the friction connector is interfacing and separating has been constructed, finally recommendations are given on the design of such friction connectors and their calculation under various exploitation conditions.
