ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ТРАНСПОРТНОГО КАРКАСА КАК НЕОБХОДИМОЕ УСЛОВИЕ АГЛОМЕРАЦИОННЫХ ПРОЦЕССОВ

Abstract

Одним из ключевых вопросов развития городских агломераций на современном этапе является создание эффективного транспортного каркаса. Последнее десятилетие транспортные каркасы Казанской и Пермской агломераций трансформировались в сторону снижения значимости железнодорожного и, особенно, водного транспорта, при росте значимости личного автомобильного. Развитие автодорожной инфраструктуры агломерации не успевало за темпами роста личного автомобильного транспорта, что создало проблемы на въезде в центральные города агломерации. Увеличение количества жилья, торговых площадей в ядрах агломерации требует адекватного транспортного развития.

One of the key issues of the development of city agglomerations is the creation of an efficient transport carcass. Over the past decade, the transport carcass of the Kazan and Perm agglomerations have been transformed to the declining importance of railway and, especially, water transport, with the growing importance of personal automobile transport. The development of the road infrastructure of the agglomeration did not keep pace with the growth rate of personal automobile transport, which created problems at the entrance to the central cities of the agglomeration. The increase in the number of housing, retail space in the agglomeration cores requires adequate transport development.
