dc.description.abstract |
In the beginning of XXI century holding structure for the ownership and managementof business have become very popular. The paper presents the retrospective analysis offunctioning of major holdings in Russia, the main features of formation and management ofsuch structures is revealed. Based on the methods of deduction, statistical analysis andmonitoring recommendations on the most effective implementation of the system of changemanagement in the holding company in Russia are given.The analysis of 56 of the holding companies in 15 regions of Russia was held in thestudy. The authors analyzed the following parameters of their activity: financial andeconomic indicators of development, the share and the contribution to GRP of all the regions,social responsibility, influence on the political and social situation in the regions, the natureof the interaction with regional and municipal authorities. The analysis was conducted in theperiod from may 2009 to April 2016. |
