dc.description.abstract	In article are considered questions of increase of efficiency of state management by the higher school in the Republic of Tatarstan and its influence on society. The ways of improving the state-public management education are offered. It reveals its essence consisting in creation of real conditions for a combination of the public and state forms of education management at all its levels, in an optimum combination of the state and public projects in interests of the person, society and the authorities. © IDOSI Publications, 2013.
