dc.description.abstract Radiative corrections to the energy levels of an atom interacting with a strong laser field have been investigated. A formula for the Lamb shift of the laser-dressed states is derived, which makes it possible to calculate this shift with an error up to α2. © Allerton Press, Inc. 2009.
