КУЛЬТУРНЫЙ КОМПОНЕНТ В СЕМАНТИЧЕСКОЙ СТРУКТУРЕ ТЕРМИНОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ СЛОВОСОЧЕТАНИЙ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ЮРИДИЧЕСКОЙ ТЕРМИНОЛОГИИ АНГЛИЙСКОГО И РУССКОГО ЯЗЫКОВ)

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению национально-культурного компонента в юридической терминологии. Юридическая терминология является одной из наиболее тесно интегрированных в общелитературный язык терминологических систем. Очевидно, чтомногиеюридическиетерминывыполняют не только номинативную функцию, но и несут в себе культурологическую информацию, воспринимаемую изучающими язык. Изучение особенностей передачи при переводе коннотативного компонента в структуре значения юридических терминов представляет интерес для исследователей. В статье подвергаются рассмотрению наиболее интересные примеры составных терминов, содержащих в семантической структуре образное переосмысление и принадлежащих к различным областям-донорам.

This article deals with the cultural aspect of legal terminology. Legal terminology belongs to those terminological systems which are the most deeply integrated into common literary language. It is evident that many legal terms perform not purely nominating function but also contain cultural information which is revealed to language learners. One of the most interesting aspects of the study of terminology is the investigation of the ways of rendering of additional connotations of the meaning of legal terms in the process of the translation into another language. This article focuses on the most interesting examples of compound terms in English and Russian belonging to various donor areas in the semantic structure of which the cultural components is present. The conclusion about human- oriented character of the majority of legal terms is made.
